Our Food Safety & Certification Commitments
- Safe Quality Food (SQF) is a rigorous food safety management certification process used to manage and mitigate food safety risks in order to provide safe products in the food industry.
- SQF is recognized by the Global Food Safety Initiative, known world-wide for its work representing the food industry and helping to advance global food safety.
- Once implemented, the SQF is audited and certified by a third-party certification body. We use the American Institute of Baking (AIB) to meet our SQF accreditation requirements.
- To add further confidence and credibility to our processes and our products, we also have an active Safe Foods For Canadians Act license through the Canadian Food Inspection Agency (CFIA).
