Made from simple ingredients like enriched white flour, pastry flour, and canola oil. Trans fat free. Sustainably made from wholesome ingredients.

1. Breakout & Thaw

Break product out onto flat baking sheets, pan may require a light spray of oil. Remember to keep belt mark of the dough ball down. Cover rack and put in retarder or cooler to thaw for 12 – 72 hours.
2. Preparation

Remove rack from retarder or cooler. Press dough onto desired pizza pan. Pan may require a light spray of oil. Top pizza with your favorite toppings.
3. Bake Time

For a thin crust, bake after toppings have been added. For a thick crust, let sit to rise first. Bake pizza at 400˚F for 15-20 minutes or until crust is golden brown. When bake is complete remove product from oven and serve.
