1. Breakout & Thaw
Break product out onto flat baking pans lined with parchment paper. Place 12 sticks per pan and let thaw overnight on covered rack.
Remove sticks from cooler. Immediately roll stick in cheddar cheese and stretch or roll stick to desired length. Proof until stick is just starting to rise.
TOPPING: Shredded Cheddar Cheese
3. Bake Time
Bake cheese sticks at 350 – 400˚F for 12 – 15 minutes. When bake cycle is complete, remove from oven and let product completely cool before packaging.
