2018 was another great year for OK Frozen Dough and we look forward to an exciting year ahead.
2019 is a very special year for OKFD as we celebrate 25 years in business. We have come a long way in 25 years and we could not have done it without the tremendous support we have received from all our customers.

OK Frozen Dough is very pleased to announce 3 New “Signature” Products: Rustic Ranch Bread, Rustic Ranch Buns, and Cranberry Chocolate Chip Buns.

As today’s consumer is looking for breads and rolls that help elevate their home cooking experience, our Rustic Ranch Bread and Buns will have your customers coming back for more. By combining honey, dark cocoa powder, and molasses to create a unique flavor profile, the Rustic Ranch line-up compliments a wide variety of menu creations from favorite sandwiches to the ultimate gourmet BBQ bun.

Our Cranberry Chocolate Chip Bun, a combination of cranberries, raisins, and chocolate chips, will appeal to a broad range of consumers looking for a sweet bun with rich flavors and ingredients. If there was ever a modern traditional bun in the making, the Cranberry Chocolate Chip Bun is it.

Our new product line up will be showcased at Bakery Congress 2017 booth # 109 in Vancouver April 23 &24th 2017.

We will be regularly updating a “News and Updates” and “Creative Ideas” section to help give our customers valuable information about our product to make their bakery a success.

Merry Christmas and Happy New Year!

To all our valued customers

2016 has been a very busy year for the team at OK Frozen Dough.

OKFD successfully completed its biggest project to date, reformulating our products to an enzyme based conditioner giving our customers an even better quality ingredient profile. We achieved this without compromising quality, shelf life, or handling procedure; something we are very proud of and glad we can offer our customers.

In October we celebrated with Phil Thornton his retirement from OKFD and 33 years in the bakery business. We wish him all the best as he enjoys a well deserved change of pace with more time to spend with family and friends.

This year sales have been very strong for OKFD and it is all because of the tremendous support we have received from all our customers across Western Canada. Thank you for your continued support!
